About the Author

My name is Lisa Russell. I work at St John's Primary School, Mullumbimby, NSW, as an Information and Communication Technology teacher. As St John's offers relief from face-to- face teaching for staff members while their students attend ICT lessons, I teach students of all ages.

All ICT lessons at St John's are integrated into themes and classroom units being studied by students in their own classes. Hence, I have accessed a large number of web resources over the past three years and have used them to produce this web site. Most sites I link to from this site have been trialled in the classroom situation to ensure they are suitable for each age group.

My main aim in producing this web site is to be of service and assistance to fellow teachers, particularly those whose work commitments prevent them having the time to access web resources on a regular basis.

I hope you enjoy using this resource and find it helpful in encouraging students to learn new computer skills.
